Organ lessons for children

In my organ lessons, the main focus is on a holistic and playful approach that appeals to multiple senses and awakens a fascination for the organ as an instrument. It's not just about producing sounds, but about immersing yourself in the world of sounds and understanding organ playing in all its facets.

The music is experienced based on new findings in music education.

Key points in my teaching are:

- we learn musical motifs instead of individual notes

- the lesson is structured as an experiential theme

- all senses are involved: we hear, see, play and taste

- we capture moods and improvise on the instrument

- ...and sometimes we climb into the instrument
